MAINTENANCE ISSUES - URGENT INFORMATION!!!

Dear LIV Tenants:

If you are experiencing problems with the following, have reported it to Maintenance on more than one occasion, and have received no resolution to the problem, please contact the City of Richmond, Code Enforcement Division at (804) 646-6398.  They will come out to inspect for deficiencies and follow up with Management regarding the issues. 

·     No heat

·        No hot water

·        Leaks in your apartment

·        Cockroaches

·        Lack of laundry facilities

·        Replacement filters for heating/air conditioning units

·        Non-working smoke or carbon monoxide alarms
